There are many things we can do on the daily basis to increase our mood and raise our self esteem. These are very simple things with a great impact on how we feel.

Create a list of your 5 talents or special abilities like creativity, kindness, courage and patience or anything you can think of. Read this list every day to remember all those things.

Help someone out. Get into the volunteer work. That will make you feel important and useful. It will make enjoy yourself.

Make the list of the things that you really enjoy, like going to the cinema or theater, listening to the music, watching the nature or the TV show, having fun with the friends or relatives. Do something pleasant every day. Do not forget that you deserve it. Get out of the daily routine.

Create the list of your achievements and successes. State at least 20 things that you think are important to you. Every time you feel unconfident or frightened – read this list and you will feel much better.

Try to do new things. Color your activities. Do something stupid or funny. Learn some new foreign words, learn how to cook something new, get on some educational courses. Every new activity is fun and opportunity to meet new people and find new possibilities in life.

Listen carefully to what your intuition is telling you. If it is telling you to sing than sing, if it is telling you to spend this evening with your friend that makes you feel great about yourself than do it, if it telling you to read a book than do so.

Practice positive self talk. Create affirmations and repeat them whenever your mind is free. Teach your subconscious to respect and valuate yourself.

Arrange some physical exercises every day. You can just go for a long walk, if the weather is fine, you can go swimming or jogging. If you have a mountain somewhere close in the area try skiing – it is extremely funny. It is also good if you attend a gym to be in a great shape. Physical activity makes our braid produce hormones of happiness which increase our mood. It also gives us good health to fully enjoy our life.

Do not forget to appreciate yourself for every good thing you do during the day. Take some time to realize how really great you are. Give praise and appreciation to others too. Your mind does not understand to whom you give praise to it will take it on your account too.

Take some education in developing your self esteem and confidence, to increase your level of motivation and inspiration. Buy yourself some books about the theme, listen special CD’s while you are in the car or while having a walk.

Select a healthy food to eat. Eat more vegetables and fruits, drink more water. Get rid of the meals that contain a lot of fat. Fat accumulates toxins in your body and ruins your blood vessels, increasing the risk of heart attack. Do not use a lot of sugar and salt; exchange them with the products that contain a lot of vitamins and antioxidants.

Try to look at the world positively. Enjoy the present moment, as it is the only moment you really live.
